Peyton Manning is a retired American football quarterback who is considered one of the greatest players in NFL history. Manning was drafted as the first overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts, where he played for 14 seasons. He then went on to play for the Denver Broncos for 4 seasons before retiring in 2016.
Throughout his career, Manning won two Super Bowl championships, one with the Colts in 2007 and the other with the Broncos in 2016. He was named the NFL Most Valuable Player (MVP) a record five times and was selected to the Pro Bowl 14 times. Manning holds numerous NFL records, including the most career touchdown passes and the most passing yards in a single season.
Manning was known for his exceptional football IQ, leadership, and precise passing, and he is widely respected for his contributions to the game. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021, cementing his legacy as one of the all-time greats in the history of the sport.
I purchased a PSA 10 copy of his 1998 Topps rookie card and cracked it out before getting it autographed with two inscriptions. It regraded a PSA 10 with a 10 grade on the autograph and currently only as a total population of 8.
