Currently there are nearly 300 copies of John Stockton’s 1988 Fleer rookie card that have been autographed and authenticated by PSA. Roughly a third of them were graded a PSA 9. Historically, John Stockton has been a tough autograph to acquire. Less than a year ago, the PSA population count was around 10 and autographed copies were selling for $5,000+. However, about 6 months ago, he did his first ever paid signing which saw the population count increase significantly. I chose not to participate in the signing and waited until I was able to buy one online after the pricing stabilized.
